On April 4, 2021 UTEF and Black Sea Writers Union initiated the fifth literature festival in Trabzon, 18 countries participated in the event: Italy, Iran, Japan, Azerbaijan, etc. the festival was dedicated to Georgian poet Tariel Kharkhelauri , his work and his indelible contribution to literary world. On November 12, same year, organizers of the festival invited Mr. Tariel Khalkhelauri and Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili as honor guests.
