On October 17, 2025 as celebrating International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, World Bank representatives visited GSU. The aim of the meeting was to give information on the global mission of the cause, corresponding research outcome and economic development tendencies. Mr. Zurab Zurabashvili opened the meeting, World Bank representatives pointed out the significance of youth involvement and participation in the eradication poverty process, reviewed the challenges of the Labor market, profession tendencies and importance of professionalism for successful participation in economic activities. The interactive seminar was led by Mrs. Saida Ismalakhunova. Students were actively involved in the discussion and representatives gave thorough information on various topics.
