November 25, 2025 an event was held for vocational and first-year students at GSU. Mr. Aleksandre Mghebrishvili wished them stability and success in their profession and expressed his gratitude toward teachers, administration and university personnel for their dedication to the center and teaching process. Mr. Simon Guledani also greeted students with warm welcome and pointed out the importance of the vocational field to strengthen the competitive workforce of the country as modern markets are in need of vocational knowledge, skills and ability to adapt new technologies. Mr. Marlen Nadiradze also accentuated the importance of vocational work as a crucial resource for economic and municipality growth. Mr. Zurab Zurabashvili, Mr. Zurab Papiashvili, Mrs. Nana Koberidze, Mrs. Lela Lapachi and Mr. Giorgi Tseradze also gave speeches. Within the framework of the event, Mr. Davit Chochishvili presented a revision of the mission, plans and ongoing activities and initiatives of the center. Mrs. Nino Mazmishvili, Mr. Zurab Papiashvili and Mr. David Petuashvili were awarded with certificates of appreciation. GSU students: Khatia Khucidze, Natali Grigalashvili, Nea Markozashvili, dance group and “Soft Wave” performed during the event.
