Winners of paintings’ competition are announced

Winners of paintings’ competition are announced. Theme of the competition was scientific nature and it was fulfilled within the framework of scientific days at GSTU. National painting competition for students of basic education was initiated by the university. The aim of the event was to make science easily understandable and acceptable for students in everyday life.

First place winner: Mariam Kobuladze (Batumi)

Second place winner: Lana Mopinadze (Kobuleti)

Third place winner: Mariam Khorguashvili (Gori)

Committee announced 10 students for best paintings:

Lizi Gvadzabia (Senaki), Veronika Jangavadze (Tskaltubo), Mariam Khuchua (Tbilisi), Marta Goglidze (Gori), Nino Loladze (Tbilisi ), Nino Otinashvili (Gori), Lela Mamuchishvili (Gori), Nika Geldiashvili (Kareli), Ketevan Kerdikoshvili (Gori), Ana Ivanidze(Gori).

Students from all over Georgia created art, depicting science development stages and everyday life, pointing out Georgian and foreign painters’ style and dedication to their life’s work.

Winner paintings were printed out as posters and were displayed at the Horizon Europe’s GSTU office.

Deputy minister of education and science Mrs. Nunuka Mitskevich attended the ceremony among teachers, students, and interested individuals.

The event took place through hybrid format.
