On November 10, 2017, closing ceremony of Vainakh Culture Days took place at GSTU. Famous and beloved Georgian poets and singers, public figures visited GSTU: Meka Khangoshvili, Amiran Arabuli, Eter Tataraidze, Giorgi Pareshishvili, Tinatin Mghvdliashvili, Erekle Sakhliani, Leila Tataraidze, Kanei Margoshvili, Iza Chikaidze. The main goal of the one week celebration was to facilitate and support civic integration process, to preserve and develop cultural heritage, to strengthen Georgian- Vainakh relationship and GSTU’s active and willful involvement along the way of this difficult and diverse path.
At the end of the meeting , Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili expressed his willingness to keep celebrating Vainakh Culture Days annually on behalf of the University.
