For two days, on 23rd and 24th , the second international scientific symposium took place in Trabzon, Turkey. It was organized by Trabzon Technical University and Turkish Historical Society. The main subject of the symposium was Georgian-Turkish Relationships. Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili was invited to the symposium as he is an honorary member of the council. Mr. Sosiashvili gave a speech on Turkish-languaged materials about Tskhinvali and Akhalgori,- Two Georgian towns. During the symposium, Mr. Sosiashvili had a meeting with Prof. Refic Turan,-the president of Historical Society and Prof. Hikmet Okruz,- vice president of the Technical University. Both sides agreed on the hosting place of the third international symposium. Upon the agreement, GSTU will host the event next year.
