On July 24-30 GSTU hosted the fifth international summer school. Students from Poland, Turkey, Kars Caucasus University and Gori university participated in the school activities. The event was opened through the Zoom platform. Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili greeted students with warm welcome and gave a brief review on the activities and the importance of summer schools in students’ life. He also expressed his gratitude toward participant universities for their eagerness and active involvement.A Representative of Polish Embassy, dr. Agneshka Guralska, Mr. Alli Oghuzan Yuksel, director of Ynus Emre Center, Prof. Murat Dashtan, a dean of the faculty of Education at Caucasus university, Mrs. Daria Shlezinger, head of the Caucasus Bureau at Warsaw University and Dr. Gul Mekirim Ozturk, professor of Georgian Language at Rejeb Tai Erdogan university and Mr. Giorgi Khorbaladze also greeted students with warm welcome and wished them success. Summer school was full with various activities: scientific lectures, practical seminars and creative activities. Participant students were given special certificates and gifts. They visited Uplistsikhe museum, Ateni Gorge, museums of ethnography and occupation. Foreign students expressed their appreciation toward the hosts and thanked them for their hospitality
