On September 27, 2017 the 8th International Scientific Conference “ Linguistic Circumstances in Caucasus Region” took place at Georgian University. The conference was opened by the rector of the university, prof. Sergo Vardosanidze. Speeches were made by prof. Marika Odzeli, prof. Nugzar Chitaia, prof. Giorgi Sosiashvili, prof. Tariel Putkaradze and representative of Duje University, Turkey , mr. Fevzi Chelebi.
