On June 10, 2014 under the aegis of the CEC the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings, Seminar on issues related to persons with disabilities was held at Gori State Teaching University. The seminar was conducted by Giorgi Dzneladze - chairman of Non-Governmental Organization – “Coalition for Independent Living”. The key goal of the seminar was to promote equal electoral environment for persons with disabilities.
