On May 16, Section sessions of conference took place at Gori State Teaching University. The conference is dedicated to the anniversary of the announcement of the First Republic of Georgia.  The organizations of the conference are: The Saint Andrew the First-Called Georgian University of the Patriarchate of Georgia, Gori State Teaching University and Sokhumi State University. The conference was opened by Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili, who talked about the importance of conference. Prof. Sergo Vardosanidze, the rector of The Saint Andrew the First-Called Georgian University of the Patriarchate of Georgia and professor Tariel Putkaradze greeted guests. Works were presented by Mr. Ioseb Alimbarashvili, professor of Gori State Teaching University; Mr.Kakha Kvashilava, professor of Sokhumi State University;  Mr. Vakhtang Guruli,  professor of the Saint Andrew the First-Called Georgian University of the Patriarchate of Georgia.  Ms. Zurab Khonelidze, the rector of Sokhumi State University attended the conference. All participants were awarded by the certificates.
