On December 18, 2019 Mr. Givi Mikanadze, secretary general of parliament and Mrs. Nino Mkervalishvili, senior specialist, held a meeting with GSTU law students. Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili , who started the meeting, congratulated students on 7 year accreditation and expressed his gratitude towards guest for visiting.

Mr. Givi Mikanadze introduced an internship distance program, which is a novelty and gives opportunities to students who live outside Tibilisi to participate in the program without attending it in the parliament. The aim of the program is to prepare high skilled and well trained professionals. Interns will be picked through a competition, duration of the course is 26 weeks and divided in 4 stages. Choosing contestants will start on January 8, 2020.
