On December 15,2017 An official delegation from Rize University visited GSTU. Members of the delegation: Prof. Ali Bilgin, vice rector of the university, prof. Mehmud Kuchuk,- the dean of the faculty of education, prof. Salif Sarbi Yavuz,-The dean of the faculty of Theology and prof. Nebi Gumush,- the representative of the Turkish embassy met with prof. Giorgi Sosiashvili, prof. Aleksandre Mghebrishvili and Prof. Giorgi Khorbaladze. Parties discussed various aspects of the relationship of two universities, exchange programs and future plans and perspectives., Rusudan Saghinadze, the professor of Rize University / Akaki Tsereteli State University and prof. Maia Kikvadze,-the professor of Rize University / Shota Rustaveli State University also attended the meeting.
