On October 3, 2014 with the initiative of the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy - South Caucasus Representation, a public lecture on "Stalinism", chaired by Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Professor Bondo Kupatadze was held at Gori State Teaching University.
At the lecture a head of administration Giorgi Khorbaladze spoke about the importance and necessity of such lectures.
The lecture was attended by university students, professors and community representatives.
The lecture was followed by a discussion.
