On June 5, 2014 Metropolitan of Manglisi and Tsalka Anania (Japaridze) held a public lecture on “Tskhum-Abkhazeti Eparchy” at Gori State Teaching University.

 At the meeting, among the attendants were Metropolitan of Gori and Ateni Andria (Gvazava) and other representatives of the Eparchy, Saint Andrew the First Called Georgian University Professor Tariel Putkaradze, Gori University professors, students and invited guests.

Metropolitan Anania (Japaridze) overviewed the Georgian church hierarchy distribution area in Tao – Klarjeti, in the North Caucasus, in Albania and in Armenia. Also presented Historical and contemporary maps, related to this issue and answered the questions.

At the end of the meeting, the guest presented his latest publications and church literature to Gori University Georgian Culture Research Center.
