On January 28, a memorandum of collaboration was signed by GSTU and Zugdidi State Teaching University, it was signed by  the rector of GSTU ,- Giorgi Sosiashvili and Prof. Teona Khoferia. The memorandum envisages various components , such as:  a research ,-involving joined implementation of research projects and educational  work. Within the framework of the memorandum, both parties planned future projects and plans.
