On May 2, 2023 Mr. Demna Dzirkvadze, USDA advisor and Mr. Gocha Shainidze, USDA representative, Mrs. Rusudan Gigiashvili and Mrs. Nato Kldiashvili, representatives of local partner organization “Future Farmers” visited GSU. Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili, Mr. Davit Chochishvili and Mrs. Nino Mazmishvili hosted the meeting and discussed short term vocational programs at the university premises within the framework of the project, financed by the USA government.  Parties explored the region's potential, university’s role and capabilities within the scope of future partnership and planned topics and deadlines for future meetings.
