On April 20,2016 associate professor in history, prof. Manana Michitashvili held a meeting with president of history teachers association Nana Tsikhistavi and vice president Manana Shekiladze, who had founded NGO “Education and New technologies “. To create upgraded educational resources and implementing them in schools as well as retraining teachers -these are main goals of the organization.
Studying materials and resources such as maps of the world and Georgia, numismatic timetables, posters and electronic text-books were exhibited in the university. Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili greeted guests and thanked them for presents for the university. Giorgi Khorbaladze, who also attending the meeting talked about the importance of those kinds of activities . Academics , teachers, students and public school teachers were attending the meeting.
