On June 15, 2017, Rector of the University , prof. Giorgi Sosiashvili held a meeting with advisory board members. They discussed various issues such as: establishing university publishing house, creating conference and academic thesis regulation rules etc. at the meeting ,They planned to establish alumni fund , where successful alumni donate some money to help out students with tuition .
