On June 28, 2017, delegation of Jewish Georgian Scientists and Public Figures visited GSTU where a book presentation “ Anthology of Georgian Jewish Poetry “ took place.The  editor and project manager is Nugzar Janashvili and Nana Shabatashvili-Davari.  The book was published with the help of Museum of Georgian-Hebrew  Relationship. In another part of the event  a movie “ i will never forget Georgia”, directed by Nino Kolandaria was shown , where the history of Georgian Jewish friendship is told. At the end of the event, Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili and Mr. Shalva Tsitsuashvili, the head of the Georgian-Jewish research center signed the memorandum of collaboration .  The memorandum will strengthen the relationship between two countries  Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili suggested to open Georgian –Jewish Center in the university which will help students to acquaint the history  of Georgian Jews   and to create the foundation for students in need.
