On January 30, 2018 GSTU hosted an event: Table games with historic nature “ Archive chronicles of Ministry of Internal Affairs”, the event was initiated by the rector of the academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs Mr. Givi Mikanadze and was opened by Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili, who talked about the grate importance of collaboration between Universities and thanked the persons , who gave and initiated the idea. Mr. Givi Mikanadze and the chairman of the archive Mr. Omar Tushurashvili also gave brief speeches. It is the first time the Table game has taken place and it is remarkable that it has happened at GSTU. Participants were students and winner were Ketevan Mghebrishvili , a history student and Marlen Berikashvili , a law student. Guests , GSTU students and representatives of Gori schools attended the event. At the end of the evening documentary collections were given as gifts to GSTU
