On September 26, 2017, a conference ,HALC, took place at IBSU. Opening speeches were made by Mariush Mashkievich, Radu-Liviu Horumba and mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili. Representatives of GSTU, Samtskhe-Javakheti State University, Batumi State University, Telavi State University were invited at the conference. Speakers from Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia and India presented their speeches at the conference. Main speakers were: Ana Riabashchenko and Biser Georgiev Kozlev. The conference aims to promote work of researchers, politicians and scientists in the field of history, art, literature and culture. To guide them in challenges, professional development , decision making etc. To help them with the issues concerning south Caucasus region.
