On June 3, GSU hosted an event, dedicated to the German language “ German language for kids and adults” "Deutsch für Groß und Klein". Audiences were given information on German culture, German speaking countries and German language. Organizers: DAAD, ZFA, ILIA UNIVERSITY, PASCH, DVG, Embassy of Switzerland, Austrian Library, Embassy of Austria, International German School of Tbilisi and German Evangelical Society.  

The event was opened by the Ambassador Mrs. Tania Huts who expressed her gratitude toward organizers, participants and gave a brief review on German language courses and such projects in Shida Kartli, pointed out the significance of strong working relations with German institutions, support programs for learning quality enhancement at university and school levels etc. Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili gave a speech and reviewed the history of German-Georgian relations, importance of proper implementation of such projects etc. Mrs. Nana Termakozashvili and Mr. Giorgi Kobakhidze also gave speeches during the meeting. Pre-school and school students, university students, parents and teachers attended the event.
