On November 13, 2015, international scientific conference “education in twenty-first century” took place at GSTU. Aleksandre Mghebrishvili, pro-rector of the university gave an opening speech. Guests were greeted by Giorgi Khorbaladze,- head of administration, Levan Midodashvili,-head of quality assurance office ;Mariam Miresashvili ,-professor at Sokhumi State University. Vianor Akhalaia and Eldar Mamistvalashvili addressed participants. After plenary meeting guests continued to work in sections where 166 reports were presented.
