
Round table discussion on “Women in Power, Inspiring for Change”
17 March,2014On March 17, 2014 a round table discussion on “Women in Power, Inspiring for Change”, organized by the European Union Monitoring Mission, Gori Civil Society and Gori University was held at Gori State Teaching University.
The meeting was launched with the opening remarks, made by the rector of Gori State Teaching University Prof. Giorgi Sosiashvili and Mr. Toivo Klaar, Head of Mission, EUMM Georgia.
During the meeting, the reports were presented by Ms. Manana Tvauri, Rtsmunebuli of Shavshvebi, Gori University Professor Eka Gigashvili, Ms. Federica Favi, Ambassador of Italy to Georgia, Ms Lia Chlachidze, Association “Consent”- Ergneti, Ms. Maura O’Sullivan, Deputy Field Office Chief, EUMM Field Office Mtskheta, Ms. Megi Bibiluri, Bridge of Friendship- Qartlosi and Ms. Miranda Kachlavashvili, student of Gori University.
The meeting ended with an open discussion.
