Archeological- Geographical Searching

GSTU and Institute of Geo-Physics organized an archaeological- geographical searching within the premises of Goris Tsikhe, in 2017, August. The aim of the searching was to locate significant artifacts with the help of using electronic methods and georadiolocation. On October 26, the exhibition and presentation of new artifacts was opened at GSTU. Prof. Kiria, with colleagues from the institute , gave audience detailed information on discoveries of unknown objects, deeply buried in the ground all over the premises. At the meeting parties agreed on organizing new project to continue further archaeological research in Goris Tsikhe. Mr Giorgi Sosiashvli talked about the great importance of the castle throughout Georgian history
