From July 17 till July 22, 2019 an international summer school session took place at GSTU. Polish, Turkish and Georgian students participated in various activities, such as: lectures of scientific nature, seminars and learning activities, planned within the framework of the session. Students also visited historical landmarks of Shida Kartli: Uplistikhe museum-reserve, Ateni gorge, museums of ethnography and occupation. Closing ceremony was opened by rector of the university, prof. Giorgi Sosiashvili, in his speech Mr. Sosiashvili mentioned the gravity and importance of these three universities, GSTU, Warsaw, Rise. Other GSTU professors : Aleksandre Mghebrishvili, Levan Midodashvili, Marika Sherazadishvili, Ketevan Barbakadze wished students professional success and praised them for their hard work and efficiency, ambitious and striving for being better. Participants were given certificates and souvenirs. On their part, students thanked university for well- organized event and comfortable accommodation. A musical performance took place at the end of the ceremony .
