From September 20 to 21,2016, 1st International Conference on History, Art, Literature and Culture in Black Sea Region and South Caucasus is held at International Black Sea University with partner Universities (GSTU,Samtskhe-Javakheti State University, Qafqaz University,Batumi Shota rustaveli State University ). More than 100 speaker are participant from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia , Iran, Egypt and India. The conference was opened with welcoming remarks on behalf of the organizing committee by the rector of the IBSU, prof. Ilia Chiloghlu. Dr. Irine Darchia , Head of Higher Education and Science Development Department , Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia also, greeted attendees and read out a letter from the Minister of Education Mr. Aleksandre Jejelava. Prof. Giorgi Sosiashvili mentioned the partnership and co-operation between two Universities in his opening speech. He talked about the Georgian-Turkish International Scientific Conference, which had taken place at GSTU. in previous years. After the plenary session working process continued in sections. 6 speakers made their speeches on various subject during the sessions.
